Asset Management

We apply a systematic and rigorous approach to existing client portfolio, by preparing a business plan for each asset and working the assets according to the objectives in the plan. We believe in added value initiatives and will work with the client to explore all viable options to re-position existing assets either through planning change of use, refurbishment, lease restructuring, redevelopment, input into design of space, development , tenant mix and tenant covenant strength.
