About Us

Assenta REIM was established by Yaw Osei-Wusu Preprah and William Bobie in August 2007 in response to the emerging commercial real estate investment opportunities in Ghana to provide expert advice in terms of portfolio identification, fund and asset management. Yaw and William are both Chartered Surveyors with extensive real estate investment experience in the UK and Ghana. Their experience is further supported by an existing platform with local valuation knowledge and general property advisory services of its sister company Assenta Property Consultancy which has been in business in Ghana since 2003 and is at the forefront of property advisory services.
