Creating a direct real estate fund in Ghana is at the heart of ASSENTA REIM's vision. The directors are therefore currently in discussion with a number of strategic partners with the short to medium term aim of setting up a real estate opportunities fund and also a balanced fund for long term investors seeking diversification into alternative assets.
