Yaw is an Executive Director and equity owner of Assenta REIM. He is also the founder and Managing Consultant of Assenta Property Consulting, a sister company providing property advisory services to both corporate and individual clients in Ghana
Yaw started his career with Rendell Partnerships Developments at Devizes, Wiltshire in the UK as a Property Development Trainee in 1986. He was involved in development work from site acquisitions to project management and property sales.
Between 1988 -1989, he worked in Ghana as a Lands Officer with the Lands Commission Secretariat where he was involved in general land administration work including the processing of land title documentations,
Yaw worked with Lovell Partnerships Developments Limited in London as a Development Surveyor between 1989 to 1991. He worked on a number of projects in London, Bristol, Swindon, Manchester and Brighton. Among his responsibilities were site acquisitions, project appraisals, project management investment appraisal and property sales.
From 1993 -1995, Yaw worked for the London Borough of Waltham Forest where he was involved in Property acquisition, valuation and property management.
Yaw returned to Ghana in 1995 and worked as the Managing Consultant of Ben Dwimoh & Co., a property consultancy firm which he revamped and offered property advisory services.
In 2003, Yaw formed Assenta Property Consulting which is currently at the forefront of Property Advisory Services in Ghana with a good client base to include private clients, financial services company’s and other corporate organizations.
Yaw holds a BSc (Hons.) degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and an MSc in Property Development and Management from the University of East London in the UK.
Yaw is a chartered surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. His expertise is in Valuation, Property Development and Investment.

William is an Executive Director and equity owner of Assenta REIM. William started his career with Ben Dwimoh & Co in the UK as a Surveyor in 1994. His experience in this role included valuation of commercial and residential properties and general property advisory work.
Between 1998 -1999, he worked with London Borough of Sutton and Southwark Property in various roles where he gained significant experience in asset valuations, property management of commercial real estate, providing corporate real estate advisory services and general professional and agency work. Assets managed included offices, high street retail shops and industrial premises.
In January 2000 William commenced his investment management career with Royal & Sun Alliance Property Investment Ltd as an asset manager responsible for the portfolio strategy and management of a £200m unitised pension fund. The fund was a balanced portfolio to include retail, offices, industrial and leisure property spread across the UK. His main responsibilities included setting portfolio strategy, implementing added value initiatives, acquisitions and disposal, development work and overall ensuring portfolio returns is above its benchmark and in line with investment guidelines.
From 2003 -2004, William joined ISIS Asset Management plc (now F&C) following the merger of Royal and Sun Alliance and Friends Ivory Sime. He continued in his role as portfolio manager responsible for a sector portfolio of industrial and distribution warehouses spread across the UK with a portfolio value of £500m. His responsibility included setting strategy at asset level, which included dealing with acquisitions and disposals and added value initiatives to ensure that asset performance is in line with portfolio strategy and within investment guidelines.
In June 2004 William joined AXA Real Estate Investment Managers as investment manager to assist with the growth of a unitised life fund. William was instrumental in the growth of the life fund from £298m to £1.4b from 2004 to 2008. His responsibilities included deal origination and execution, active asset management of the standing investment, development work, asset and portfolio strategy and undertaking presentation to investors. His gained a significant exposure doing deals across the traditional real estate sectors to include offices, high street retail, retail warehouses, industrial and distribution warehouses across the UK. He also executed a lot of transactions in non-traditional sectors such as hotels, leisure facilities, car motor showrooms and petrol filling stations. His experience doing these deals included negotiating and structuring development funding and joint venture agreements, undertaking direct developments, sale and lease backs transactions and negotiating complex real estate contracts on behalf of the fund.
William holds a BSc (Hons.) degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University Business School in the UK. He also holds a post graduate diploma in property investment from the College of Estate Management, Reading, in the UK
William is a chartered surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom and also a member of the Investment Property Forum, UK.
